We pulled out all the stops for this Forest Hill, Toronto interior design project. Textures, patterns, layers and levels, no stone nor designer tile was left unturned! Of course, we can’t have the words designer and pattern in the same sentence without a shout-out to Missoni, its iconic prints emblazoned on the living room ottoman to bright carpet runners we simply can’t get enough of. Speaking of iconic, other designers make the rounds here-- in lighting alone, there’s Gabriel Scott and the D’Armes paperclip light. With thoughtful attention to the flow of the spacious home, there is sense-pleasing harmony whether you’re emerging from the bathroom, hanging in the kitchen or holding the perforated steel railing of the dramatic staircase. Other showstoppers include a grande new fireplace, custom family room sofa draped in fabric from Emma Shipley and discerningly-curated artworks.
